COASTAL BEND COLLEGE: ID Information

Student, faculty, and staff IDs can be obtained in person at any of the four site locations or by submitting a Cougar Card Request Form. ID cards are issued at the Beeville, Kingsville, and Alice libraries and in Pleasanton at the main office. ID cards are issued in minutes when requested in person.

When requesting your ID through the mail, please be sure to request at a reasonable time. Our mail travels from Beeville to San Antonio, and then is sent wherever it needs to go.

Please include student ID number and complete mailing address when completing the form.

Photos must meet the following requirements:

• Size: Approximately square, less than 6 MP total (NOTE: image cropped to 300 x 300).
• Format: jpg or jpeg.
• Photo was taken within the last six months to reflect your current appearance.
• Photo must be in color in front of a neutral, non-distracting background.
• Head, shoulders, and face must be clearly visible and facing forward, with both eyes open; profile photos, head tilt, filters, sunglasses, hats, or hands are not permitted.
• Please dress appropriately.

You will be notified if your photo does not meet the requirements listed above and will be required to submit another photo.

You may pick up your Cougar ID at the main office of any CBC center (Alice, Kingsville, or Pleasanton) or at the main campus in Beeville in the library. When you pick up your Cougar ID at a CBC location, you may be asked to provide a current photo ID (for example: passport, driver's license, high school ID) for verification.
