You should not be asked for login credentials if utilizing any of the computers on a Coastal Bend College campus.
Off Campus
To access the databases from OFF campus (this includes Dual Enrollment campuses):
Your login credentials will be as follows:
Username: Your CBC Email (Ex. Imastudent@study.coastalbend.edu)
Password: Your CBC email password (Ex. Your student ID number)

Cosmetology
Cosmetology training provides skills and knowledge for entry-level employment as a cosmetologist. The program meets requirements of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Students are selected to fill vacancies each semester from qualified applicants or with Instructor approval. Students desiring to enter cosmetology training should contact cosmetology instructors for further information. A Certificate of Achievement, or Associate in Applied Science Degree is awarded upon satisfactory completion of all courses, a mock (classroom practice) exam, and a written Capstone PSI-TDLR with a grade of 70 or higher. Successful completion of the entire program and instructor recommendation is required to qualify to take the examination given by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Passage of the examination is required to practice in the profession.
