    Online Reference Assistance Available

    Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    **All questions asked from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. will receive a response in a timely manner. Questions asked after hours will be answered the following school day.  Questions asked on the weekends will receive an answer when the staff returns to campus on Mondays. Questions asked over a holiday break will be answered the first day back to classes or when faculty returns.


    Library Online Resources

    The CBC library subscribes to and maintains an online library of over 250,000 online resources that include online books, newspapers, scholarly journals, magazines, maps, images, and documents. All students have access to the Library Online Resources maintained on the library's website 365 days a year accessible with their CougarID and student identification number.


    Logging in to Library Online Resources

    Your Cougar ID is the username and login for all online resources: Blackboard, Library Online Resources, student e-mail, and wireless internet services
    Your Cougar ID is automatically set to your last name plus the last 4 digits of the Social Security Number
    Your password is your Student ID number

                Research Assistance

    Research assistance is available in a variety of ways! Get help from the Librarian on duty or some of the trained staff for things such as assignment and citation help, online searching, or general reference.
